One custom design is included free, so even a single magnet order is fully supported.
Can I include more than one design in my order?
Yes—one design is included free. Additional designs are $15 each and are billed separately after your order is placed.
Just upload your files and let us know how many designs you need—we’ll confirm everything with you before moving forward.
Will I receive a proof before you take my order to print?
Yes—every order includes a digital proof within 24 hours (1 business day), whether you upload a finished design or not.
To keep things moving, just reply to the proof email with your approval so we can begin production.
If for some reason, we don’t hear back within 3 days, we may cancel and refund your order to avoid delays—but you’re always welcome to reorder when you’re ready.
How do I design my own magnet file?
If you want complete creative control, you can use our guide to get started in Canva or any another design platform to create something unique. We look forward to your design!
When will I get my order?
After your design is approved:
- Orders ship within 2–3 business days
- Orders over 500 magnets may require a 5–8 business day lead
Shipping takes an additional 2–6 business days (UPS or USPS), depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Will I receive a digital copy of my design?
Once your design is approved, we can send you a finished file to keep for future use—just let us know if you’d like a copy!
