Here at Ink + Magnets, we only make hardback, button magnets offered in 2 styles but with an array of applications that aligns with our mission.

How is your product made?
Our products are made using industrial button equipment. We take the components and layer them on the machine and press the pieces together.
These components include:
- your printed photo or custom design
- a metal sheet
- an acrylic backing
- a robust magnet
- clear high gloss mylar

What kind of paper do you use?
We decided to go with a pro-grade matte photo paper that offers a crisp print, and archival quality—perfect for high resolution printing.
We tested more paper than we care to admit (it may have been overkill) but it was worth it to know, we're putting out the best product we can.
How do I care for my magnets?
We know kitchens can get messy — just wipe your magnets gently with a damp cloth to keep them looking fresh.
*Avoid rinsing under water, they are not waterproof.
Processing, Shipping + Returns
What is your return policy?
Because each item is custom-made, we don’t accept physical returns, but we want you to love your magnets. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll always make it right.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please reach out as soon as possible — if we need to we'll send out a replacements asap.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are typically ready to ship within 2-3 business days—and often even sooner!
If your placing an order over 500 magnets your order will take 5-8 business days.
Custom printed magnets require a design approval, a timely response will help keep your order on track.
You'll receive tracking info in your email as soon as it's on the way.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will take 2-6 business days through UPS or USPS depending on where you are located within the USA.
We'll make sure you receive tracking information when your order is ready to ship.
Where are you located?
Every order is hand-pressed with care and shipped out of Massachusetts, USA.
How much does shipping cost?
We're happy to offer a flat rate shipping cost for $5.95. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $120.
Where do you ship to?
We're currently shipping within the (mainland) USA only.
We plan to expand our radius soon.

How do I submit my graphics or images?
Whether your ordering custom printed magnets or custom photo magnets you can upload all your graphics or images through our upload button.
If your ordering photo magnets, you will be prompted to crop your images based on the style/shape magnet you choose.
High resolution graphics and photos have the best print quality.
Screenshots of photos may still print well enough if that's all you've got—we know something is better than nothing when it comes to memories!
Do you create your own artwork for your novelty magnets?
We don’t claim to be artists around here, though we dabble for fun.
Our artwork is sourced from reliable platforms with commercial use rights. We customize each design by adding colors, text, and overlays into our templates, creating unique printable files. We hold the copyright to these finished files.
Can I mix and match products or styles and still get quantity based discounts?
Quantity based prices are set for each category—custom printed, photo, and novelty magnets are not set to combine.

How are promotional, or magnets meant for resale packaged?
Each magnet in your order comes with a fitted clear sleeve—perfect for adding stickers or barcodes without damaging the product. While we may not put every magnet inside its sleeve before shipping, rest assured we securely pack your order to keep everything safe during transit.
Do photo magnets come gift wrapped?
Although not gift wrapped, when you order custom photo magnets. We make sure they're gift ready and packaged nicely in black kraft boxes or black cloth bags. We can fit up to 8 magnets in each box/bag depending on the size of your order.
How do I re-order a custom design?
If we created a finished file for you from your graphics, logos, or art—we'll file it indefinitely for your use.
Just add quantity of magnets your looking to repurchase (submit your previous design proof if you have it) and checkout, we'll follow up with you to confirm your order.
