Return and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our custom printed products, we do not process physical returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it and appreciate the opportunity to make things right. These magnets are crafted with care from our family to yours, and your satisfaction is our priority.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. For custom products and all other items sold in our shop, we do not require physical returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, we will gladly remake your order, provide store credit, or offer a refund with proof of damage.

We reserve the right to verify claims of damage and may request photos before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
