Shipping Policy
We currently ship exclusively within the United States from New Bedford, Massachusetts. 

Shipping Costs:

• We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.95 per order.

• Orders totaling $120 or more qualify for free shipping.

Under 5000 magnets.

Processing Time:

• Orders under 200 magnets are ready to ship within 2 business days.
  

• Larger orders (500 pieces or more) may require 4-5 business day lead.

Processing time is calculated after any required digital proof approvals.

Rush Orders:
Rush orders may be available during off-peak seasons but are not guaranteed. Please contact us in advance to discuss rush options. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We use USPS and UPS to deliver your order. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 2–6 business days once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Dates:
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Customer Responsibilities:
To help ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays or issues may occur due to circumstances outside our control. If you experience problems with your shipment, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to help and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
